ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance of any order by the purchaser for the supply of goods will be subject to these conditions of sale.

PRICES
Whilst we shall endeavour to maintain the prices shown, this we cannot guarantee and we reserve the right to charge the price ruling at date of despatch. In the event of a price alteration after an order has been placed and prior to despatch notification of such alteration will be made before despatch of goods.

SPECIFICATIONS
Due to continual improvements in the design and manufacturing methods strict accuracy of specifications and illustrations cannot be guaranteed. So that any product improvements can reach the purchaser as soon as possible the Company reserves the right to change design of specification without formal notice. Stated load capacities are for evenly distributed loads only and must not be exceeded.

CLAIMS
The company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit unless it and the carriers are notified in writing within 3 days of delivery. No claims for shortage or damage will be entertained after a clear receipt has been given to the carriers. If goods cannot be examined on delivery carrier’s sheets should be signed “unexamined” and any damage or shortage discovered after examination notified in writing to the company and the carriers within 3 days of delivery. Total non delivery due to loss in transit must be notified within 7 days of invoice. Goods are not sold for any particular purpose, the end user should be responsible for the suitability of the product for use. The company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the sale of Goods.

RESERVATION OF TITLE
Goods supplied will remain the property of ‘the company’ until full payment is received. In the event of sale of these goods to a third party “the company” reserves title to the proceeds of sale. Responsibility for maintenance and insurance passes to the purchaser on delivery.

We recommend that all goods are inspected on receipt.
